This question of what life before virtuality and technology was will continue to ghost us for decades or maybe centuries to come!

Well, it has purely transformed how life used to be even before we could acknowledge it once. From physical to virtual, our lives are stuck on screens, and the culture of virtuality has taken over globally. I often cherish the span of my life wherein phones, tablets and all those glueing gadgets were replaced with real-time conversations, simplicity and a curiosity to explore and evolve. Sometimes the thought of how life was simple and generous fantasises me!

The real bliss of life, joys and happiness is no longer an ideal idea for the recent generations who are brought up in the shelter of everything a tap.

The narrative of virtuality has persisted even before the pandemic but the drastic drift of education, jobs, shopping, banking, trade, business and whatnot has been dependent ever since 2020.

Procrastination over Actions
Further beyond health issues, we all have been a victim of personality reforms while incorporating laziness suffering the most from body aches, fatigue, procrastination and most importantly anti-socialism. With passing time these traits have tended to imbed into our personalities and led us towards lost productivity towards work. The tech generation that has evolved these days is the biggest victim of these problems.
Well! sad to learn but in this era everyone has become a tech-obsessed robot wherein all the traditional setups are overtaken and the tendency to bloom our personal skills is somewhere lost.
Our dependency on these advancements has transformed us no less than a poultry product that is tamed and spoon-fed everything but is restricted from even moving out. Similarly, we humans have a higher dependency on these facilities hence making ourselves restricted with our own choices.

What are these reforms?

Anti-socialism in terms of the current generations feels like a burden on them they don't want to indulge and gather in real conversations and are found sitting in a corner scrolling their social handles. Families and friends have all become content to post and flaunt their lives virtually wherein the reality is shallow and harsh to deal with.

Similarly, Procrastination is a silent termite that has been scorching into an individual's mental balance to work, study or resist us to perform any important task on time. It certainly impacts our mindful working towards important tasks and makes us more used to ease and stuck in comfort prisons that are hard to pull out from. Ultimately making us feel low and guilty, make silly excuses and repeat the biblical cycle the very next day.

Most of us are prone to extreme tiredness it can be mentally or physically i.e. Fatigue. The sense of not being able to get out of bed and continue to be in the same posture for a longer time is what fatigue refers to. Oversleeping or lack of sleep, lack of motivation, boredom and maximum spent hours on the screen may make you feel dizzy, bloated, tired and burdened. Commonly seen and experienced these days due to the tiring and exhausting lifestyle for almost everyone. Whereas some treat and are conscious about fitness whereas many of us just neglect and pass it on.

Nevertheless adding to these we have the OTT luxuries also that make us even more prone to delaying and landing ourselves in a state of continuous guilt and regrets. Having everything so handy and accessible has reduced the curiosity and sense of excitement to visit a multiplex along with our families which was yet another way to get along with our families and friends to spend quality time. Yet gives us another reason to be stuck in the corner of our rooms and be in the zoned-out phase all aloof and dealing with all sorts of weirdo thoughts. Although the evolution of OTT at a greater pace has opened the arenas of cinematic experience sitting at home that has a lot of quality content to offer its audience on the contrary side it has made us binge-watch watch especially the young audience hence adding a reason to be a procrastinator and stick to screens.

Overthinking is yet another trauma for every single person these days. Seems like it has become a part of these hard-earned lives. Most of the time it ponders within us due to the presumptions about our future or hovering over the present thoughts. Overthinkers mainly fret over these common questions why, when, how and disrupt the mental peace of an individual anybody can be prey to this no matter what age group they belong to. It involves certain reasons like work stress, competition within ourselves, family problems, financial crisis and a number of reasons that keep adding to the cause. But also being aloof and dealing with all this thought process alone leads a person to feel low and restrict themselves from expressing out. A sense of fear meanders over their minds How does the other person feel? Will they have time to listen?
According to an article in Forbes 73% of individuals aged 25 to 35 and 52% of those aged 45 to 55 are prone to chronic overthinking.

Terrifying body aches and fatigue!

Eat, sleep and repeat

Lately, I consulted an orthopedic appointment accompanied by my dad and seeing the two of us the doctor at once questioned KYA BAAT HAI BHAI? and signified how the wheel of time has turned wherein children used to accompany their parents to doctors and now parents have been dealing with all the work stress and unhealthy young ones too that has become grueling for them also. Doctor also marked that this laziness is not going to lead any of us in our lives rather it will only lead us to suffer from unnecessary mental burdens, overthinking and fatigue.

This was a very traumatic remark I had gone through that kept haunting me in the deepest corner of my mind for a long time. Apparently, common problems like body postural issues, cervical, and knee pain, lower back pain and so on are very prevalent these days. Although deficiencies are one important reason screen continuous sitting, lack of movement and lack of fitness add to these ortho issues that may become problematic in the long term if not considered.

Undoubtedly pandemic made us realise that a

''pause in life can't stop us from living but can teach the true fathom of life and the relevance of relationships in it''.

But on the contrary, the meaning of life just transformed and the small experiences, moments everything became virtually controlled and the importance of everything became meaningless!

What are your thoughts?

Keep thinking and sharing till then.
